Efficient smoke exhaust and very good sound insulation

Efficient smoke exhaust without light transmission and with high sound protection. We have developed the JET-ALU-DARKENING FLAPS-WD-80-S for these requirements. It is certified for use as SHEV and, due to its design, is completely opaque and particularly well sound insulated.

The flaps in a sandwich construction method are made of aluminium, the surface area of which can also be coated in RAL colours. Thermal separation is executed via the stable ventilation frame made from unplasticised PVC. In addition, the darkening flaps are insulated with 80 mm mineral wool, which results in very good values in terms of airborne sound insulation and energy efficiency.

These darkening flaps can be used not only as SHEV systems but also as ventilation devices - both in new buildings and in refurbishment projects.
